Members need to log-in prior to signing up for events. You must be at least 16 years of age in order to participate in club events. By signing up for events you agree to the club cancellation policy.
MLP Tournament (Women’s sign up)
Join us for the Folsom Pickleball Club’s Major League Pickleball style tournament! This is a two-day event.
Sign up as an individual and one of the FPC coaches will “draft” you onto their team. Teams will be comprised of two women and two men.
July 15th: Draft Day- everyone signed up prior to July 15th is eligible for the Draft
Saturday August 8th: Pool play (your team will play against all the other teams in your bracket).
Sunday August 9th: Championship Sunday! (teams will compete in the playoffs).
Scoring:
Pool Play: traditional scoring to 11 win, by 2
Dream Breaker: Rally scoring (skinny singles)
Major League Pickleball (MLP): Co-ed teams competing against other teams, teams will play gender doubles and mixed doubles against the other team. If the outcome is tied 2 games to 2 games, then a skinny singles dream breaker will be played to determine the overall winner of that matchup.
Dream breaker: The format changes to (skinny) singles instead of doubles. Players cycle out every 4 points.
