Club Policies
Below are the Folsom Pickleball Club policies for Assessments, Assessment/Drills, Late Cancelations and No Shows.
Assessment
Our Assessment is designed to place “members” in the appropriate drill session. During this process, one of our coaches will assess your technique and overall play. You must be familiar with these nine basic elements:
- Dinks
- Volleys
- 3rd Shot Drops
- Overheads
- Lobs
- Ground Strokes
- Serves
- Return of Serve
- Play one full game
Members do NOT need to be assessed to enter the 101 (2.0-2.75) drills. Assessments ARE required prior to signing up for the 102 (3.0-3.75), 103 (3.75), or 104 (4.0) drills.
The assessment fee is $15 per member. Once the assessment has been scheduled, payment is due via the “donate button” and it is non-refundable. Please indicate “Assessment Fee” when paying.
Assessment/Lesson
A second option is a 1-on-1 assessment/lesson experience. This service caters to members who prefer an assessment coupled with a 30-minute private lessons, based on your performance. The fee for this 1-hour service is $40 paid directly to the coach at the time of service.

Late Cancelation/No-Show
As a member benefit, our club provides free drills and events, with limited class sizes. Please insure you can attend prior to signing up.
If you register for a drill session or event and cancel within 24hrs or fail to show up there will be a $10 donation fee required.
You will receive an email if you violate these policies, and it will restrict your ability to sign-up or attend future events until payment is received.
