Assessment Policy
In order to enter into a session other then 101 you must first be assessed. Please contact the Training Manager to schedule. There is a $10 fee.

Session Sign-up Limits
Beginning in April: We have instituted a limit of a maximum of 2 free sessions per month.
Note: Open Play sessions "do not" count toward the above limit.
24-hour Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 24 hours without giving any notification you will be assessed a $10 fee.
No Show Policy
Effective June 15th. If you fail to show for a session you will be assessed a $10 fee.

Note: The above fee can be made via the club website's Donate Button. The fee must be made prior to taking any future sessions or events. Please indicate “Late Fee” upon payment.
Assessment/Lesson Service
This service caters to members who prefer more of a 1-on-1 assessment experience coupled with about 30 minutes of follow-up lessons based on the assessment. The fee is $30.

Waitlist Policy
You may signup on multiple waitlists for the week. However, once you are signed up on sessions for your maximum number per month you must remove yourself from all waitlists as soon as possible.
Excessive Heat Temperature
As a reminder, during the summer months, sessions will be cancelled when the temperature is expected to reach above 95 degrees.
Unhealthy Air Quality
Sessions will also be canceled when the Air Quality Index (AQI) reaches above 150.

On any given morning or evening, the courts are filled with players of all levels and demographics. With that being said, the club is offering space on the courts to advertise your businesses. Reach hundreds of people each week with a banner bearing your company logo. The banners will be hung on the chain link fencing alongside the courts. Banners can be up to 5’ x 3’. Spaces can be rented by the year or quarterly (3 months). Pricing is $100/quarter or $300/year. Businesses are responsible for providing and maintaining the banner.
